Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Priority and Express shipping cutoff time is 11 AM PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 11 AM PST will be processed and shipped the following business day.
During peak holiday periods, processing time may extend up to 7 business days due to high order volume.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard ground shipping on orders over $75 within the 48 continental United States. This promotion excludes taxes, shipping fees, and other discounts. Free shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.
Returns
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with original tags attached.
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from noenddenim.com. Items purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original store of purchase.

If you use the prepaid return label provided through the portal, an $8 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Returns are typically processed within 5 business days after the item is received.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
Final Sale Items
All markdown items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Noend Denim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but the package cannot be located, please check around your property, with neighbors, or with building management. If the package still cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier to open a claim.
