Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 1~3 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. Priority and Express shipping cut off time is 11 AM PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Priority and Express orders placed after 11 AM PST will be processed and shipped out the next business day.

*Due to the high volume of orders during holiday season you may experience extended processing time up to 7 business days.


Free Shipping On Orders Over $75!

noenddenim.com offers free standard ground shipping on orders over $75, excluding taxes, shipping charges and any other offers or adjustments. This offer is valid in 48 continental U.S. but not valid in Alaska, Hawaii and all other U.S. Territories. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO.

 

Our Return Policy

At our store, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please note the following guidelines:

Timeframe and Condition

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Items should be in new condition, unworn, and unwashed
  • Original tags must remain attached

 

Eligibility

  • We only accept returns for items purchased directly from our website
  • Products bought from other retailers should be returned to their original point of purchase

 

Process

  • Visit our returns portal at https://noenddenim.com/a/return
  • $8 processing fee will be applied if you use the prepaid return label included with your order.
  • This fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Processing time for returns is up to 5 business days from receipt

 

International Orders

Please note that international returns are not eligible for our standard $8 USD return label. International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Remember to retain your tracking information to ensure your return reaches our facility. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit

All mark down items are final sale. Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for exchange or credits.

Items purchased from other stores must be returned to their original place of purchase.
